This past Wednesday was my last day of work before I started my maternity leave. I was shocked and flattered at how it was kind of turned into a big deal. My co-workers surprised me with balloons, a card, and a party to say good bye for now and to wish me luck.
On top of that my awesome husband sent me a bouquet a flowers and so did my wonderful in-laws. It turned into a bitter sweet day. While it is nice not having 40 minute commute to work anymore, I will really miss all the people I worked with while I am gone.
